I love this restaurant! We have been there several times and each time has been just as good as the last. The birria is delicious! The quesabirria tacos, the ramen, and the pambazos are some of our favorites. The service is consistently good and the portions are very generous. They also have a full bar if you'd like to enjoy a drink with your meal. Oh, and they have air conditioning! Definitely recommended!

The Orden de Quesabirrias were simply outstanding. We split the three and had plenty of food, granted we had eaten throughout the day. Give it a try and be sure to arrive hungry - you won't be disappointed. Try both sauces that come with the order - one is spicy, but not too much and the other is a tomatillo style sauce. The decor is so festive and pretty, and the restrooms are nice. We will come back !

The food is absolutely amazing! I had the chicken tacos — they come with cheese, are perfectly crunchy, and bursting with flavor! Super friendly service and nice drinks too :) If you have high standards for food and enjoy local cuisine this is the place for you.

This was a great spot for dinner on a Sunday night. One of us ordered 3 quesabirria tacos with consomme, while the other ordered a sope with asada (which turned out to also have cheese, beans, shredded lettuce and crema), and we shared a huge jamaica agua fresca. The food was delicious and the portions were so large that neither of us managed to finish our whole meal. Just the quesabirria tacos and jamaica might have been enough for two.

LOVE this place!! I stopped here while being at port from a cruise, I had googled places to eat & found this place. It was off the beaten path.. I actually got lost trying to find it. I called the restaurant & the girl who ended up being our server literally came to get us so we could find it. The food was amazing & HUGE portions. Our server was also amazing and very attentive. Also both meals with two large cokes was only 20!!! I definitely recommend this place if you want delicious and authentic food, good service, and at a good price!!

Love tacos? Love margaritas? Love friendly service? Love air conditioning? This is your place! My friends and I had the best tacos here! My favorite is the quesabirria, but I can also vouch for the chicken and pastor tacos as being super delicious! I am sure you cannot go wrong ordering anything on the menu here! The margaritas are off the charts amazing! I also love that the prices are reasonable here, in comparison to other tourist priced restaurants on the island. Thank you Las Tapatias for a delightful afternoon!

If you’re looking for birria tacos in Cozumel, this is the place. We had the quesobirria and the Al pastor birria queso tacos both crispy. They took good care of us even though our Spanish sucks. The art and atmosphere is great too.

Got the quesabrillia tacos w/ a beer to share between the two of us and oh man it was so delicious the workers are so friendly, portions are huge, affordable, and quick service!! In walking distance from the cruise port so no excuses, you must try!!!
